Appointments

To book a visit to the closet in Alexandria, please message above and someone will be in contact shortly to help organise your appointment. 

Clothing Donations

All donations are received at our HQ in Alexandria, NSW, before being distributed to our locations across Australia. We do not have any other drop-off locations at the point, sorry for any inconvenience. 

We are currently accepting: 

• Brand new men's and ladies' socks and underwear (all sizes) 

• Casual T-shirts, Trackpants, Jumpers & Jackets (all sizes) 

• Ladies:  
  Size 22-26+ = Pants, Casual T-shirts, Tops, Jumpers, Dresses & Jackets. 

• Gents:  
  Size Small/Medium/Large = Pants, Dress Shirts 

Size XL-7XL+ = Pants, Casual T-shirts, Dress Shirts. 

• Miscellaneous:
  Hats/Caps, Plastic roll on deodorants (no aerosols), Toothpaste (we have hundreds of toothbrushes kindly donated), Hair Brushes, Soap/Shampoo/Conditioner, Backpacks, Belts, Watches. 

• Absorbent clothing, old towels or sheets (used as rags for fundraising) 

❌ Footwear, Handbags, Wallets 

❌ No suits please 

❌ We no longer accept furniture, bedding, or homewares. 

Clothing donations can be dropped off on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays between 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM at our Alexandria warehouse, NSW. If you have suitable items, please use the contact form above and we’ll send you the exact drop-off details.
